Our company originated through simple means. Harish “Bhau” Mirchandani came from Karachi to Mumbai with 500 Rs in his pocket, his wife and some family and decided to set up his base in Bhopal. From selling newspapers door to door as a teenager, he grew to become a general contractor, movie theater owner, bank promoter and then finally settled on real estate and building homes for families in Madhya Pradesh.

Over the last 40 years we have successfully delivered 7000+ homes to families in Mumbai, Bhopal, Indore, and Pune.
